How to handle in case passengers are late for fast ferry to Con Dao Island?

In case of passengers are late for a fast ferry to Con Dao Island from Vung Tau, Can Tho or Tran De will be handled as follows:

If the passenger cancels the ticket no more, it is considered that the ticket for that ferry has expired and no refund will be issued.
If you agree to take another trip, you will receive a 50% discount on the newly purchased ferry. For late ferry, customers will pay for 20% ticket cancellation fee, receive 80% back according to cancellation policy and buy back trip at listed price.
